This is one of the best Yin Yoga classes that I've done because of where Travis takes you. The explanation and guidance into a timeless state of being is such a wonderful way to start the day. If you have super busy "Yang" days, this is a wonderful way to start it out with Yin to create balance within the body.
In this class Travis guides you soulfully through a variety of floor poses holding 1.5 - 3min. each as a way to dissolve tension, decrease stress, and increase mobility.
