A 10 minute, at home, bodyweight workout for you that uses the 40/20 style of training. That means you'll go through this 10-exercise circuit doing 40 seconds of hard exercise followed by 20 seconds of rest for each exercise. 

Here's the workout:

  1. Total Body Extensions
  2. T-Pushups
  3. Prisoner Reverse Lunges
  4. Bodysaw / Rocking Planks
  5. Bodyweight Squats
  6. Mountain Climbers
  7. Jumping Jacks
  8. Side Plank (20 seconds per side)
  9. Alternating Lateral Lunges
  10. Burpees
