Meditation | Guided Visualization for Pain

Inspired By  Emily Fletcher
7 mins

Quick Summary

Scientific studies show that mindfulness meditation can reduce pain by 44% which is double what morphine can do. Some countries, especially America are becoming very opiate addicted however meditation is a great alternative to reducing pain.

If you have pain, this is a short meditation that can introduce you to a new, healthy way of acknowledging what your pain is trying to tell you. The first step towards transforming something is acceptance, to accept things as they are. Then we need to listen to our body, as our body is trying to communicate with us (through our pain) and tell us what needs to be done to correct it.
