I use 2 sleep apps - Sleep Cycle and my Oura Ring. I find the Oura ring better because it takes into account more information like body temperate, heart rate, daily activity... that the Sleep Cycle app does not. Shawn Stevenson's book Sleep Smarter has provided brilliant information plus the sleep apps have helped me understand how my sleep cycle works. Since becoming aware of how important sleep is and doing things to improve it, the quality of my sleep is much better now.
